The Adjustable Bench has a seat that can be adjusted in a flat, tilted and upright (85°) position, thus ensuring the ability to perform a variety of training elements, such as several dumbbell exercises, sit-ups and crunches.   The bench comes with wheels on one side, making it easy to move around your gym or to stow away.
